Athlete's Advantage Training Center in Conshohocken offers a facility for lacrosse athletes to gain speed, strength and skill. The serious lacrosse athlete knows strength and speed training in the off season is a must to excel on the field.  We specialize in multi-directional speed and strength training where other facilities specialize in just linear speed.
The endurance training (not the long slow run) gives the lacrosse athlete the ability to produce a consistent maximum output of energy.
Our workouts are devised to get your lax player physically and mentally prepared to play at the next level. Our training and skill sessions are a great confidence builder especially when the athlete is in a growth period. When the athlete puts in the time; the results are visible and measurable on the field.
It is very competitive today to play competitive lacrosse and the athlete needs to go into pre-season tryouts prepared and fundamentally skilled or your child could be left out. Athlete's Advantage Training Center is a full service of lacrosse skill training, leagues and turf rentals all year round. The younger the better; they gain all the basic fundamental skills.
